Our Impact This Year

As a requirement for much of our grant funding, SFA tracks anonymous data on those we serve to measure our impact. See numbers below representing our mid-year 2024 report:

Siskiyou Food Assistance

We serve nutritious food and prayer to our neighbors in need. Our mission is to help our neighbors with sustainable, nutritious food supplies in order to fulfill what Jesus said: “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me”
– Matthew 25:40

Our pantry is located at:

Weed Elementary School Annex
780 S. Davis Avenue, Weed CA

Open Wednesdays from 11am to 3pm for distribution

Required documents for new clients to bring on first visit:

1) Photo ID

2) Proof of residence in south Siskiyou County (for all household members)

3) Proof of income

Our Programs

We work to raise awareness and help people affected by hunger. Our success is measured in the number of people we can help with the quality of programs and services we provide.

Emergency Food Pantry

Residents of south Siskiyou County may check-in, select from either a prefilled food bag or choose your own contents from our weekly pick list. Fresh produce when available, packed to provide a 3-day supply of food.
